This place was a charming and incredibly friendly stay, with affable personnel, in a central location close to everything, and I didn't want to say goodbye, will surely book here again.

Central location really close to the lake, numerous restaurants and shops and various restaurants, it was in a pretty area. The breakfast available was varied and healthy with " courses " and innovative meals, for example. The staff was amiable and kind providing assistance.

The hotel was an excellent base for exploring a beautiful area, with easy access to Magog's restaurants, grocery stores, and the promenade. My room was lovely, with pleasant decor and air-conditioning, and it had a private bathroom. The atmosphere at the place was peaceful, and the location was quiet and unbeatable, close to Magog River Gorge.

I can definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The staff was wonderful and really helpful, responding promptly to requests. My queen room with a kitchen, balcony, for instance, was beautifully maintained. Plus, it came with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location was amazing, not very far from Lab - Live Art Business.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, making it an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again due to its marvelous location.

Overall it was well decorated and well-equipped for a large bed. The hotel was in a convenient location really close to the waterfront and the lake, restaurants and shops.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. The staff was amicable and kind. The breakfast with innovative meals, " courses and the best brewed coffee was savoury and unique for what you got. Loved my stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

This place is amazing, the staff is really friendly, the room is well-kept, air conditioned and comes with a balcony, and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and it's in a great central location close to the town center.
